On Tuesday of last week, Henry Ruggs drove under the influence at 156mph, causing a fatal crash.
He crashed into the car of 23-year-old Tina Tinter. Her Toyota ROV4 exploded into flames upon impact. She along with her dog were killed.
Henry Ruggs sustained an injury to the neck and other minor injuries. With him was his girlfriend, Kiara Kilgo-Washington, who was also injured.
Ruggs’ judge set bail at $150,000 and if made he will be required to have electronic monitoring.
Following a release of information from the crash, the Las Vegas Raiders officially let him go. Depending on the felony charges, he could be facing 20 years or more in jail.
